This hotel in Chianciano Terme has truly exceeded my expectations. the value for money is outstanding. The room rates are affordable, especially considering the location to the excellent Etruscan museum in town. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the well-furnished rooms with all the comforts, including a great shower and a very comfortable bed, to the basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The staff is exceptional, always available and friendly. The breakfast provided is delicious, with a variety of home-cooked menu items.
All aspects of my stay were perfect and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was recently renovated, it is very clean and neat. I appreciated the fact that wi-fi and minibar were included in the price (which was low); Gino, the owner, went out of his way to be friendly and hospitable with us, clearly he wants business and will do anything possible to make the stay efficient and enjoyable, and ours was. If you need to visit Montepulciano or Pienza, or the vicinity, the place is a good budget hotel.

Great weekend getaway! The room was clean and cozy with a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options including fresh fruit and warm pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting local attractions and even providing a map. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby towns and vineyards. We also enjoyed the convenience of the free parking.
The shower was on the small side which made it somewhat difficult for my taller companion. Additionally, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times but overall not a major inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Location was perfect, close to the town's excellent etruscan museum and within easy reach to Rome's main terminal. Rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. Common areas were well-maintained and inviting. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone, from homemade pastries to fresh fruit. Service was exceptional, with the staff being very accommodating and friendly. We especially loved the free Wi-Fi and the fact that parking was available. Highly recommend!
We did miss having a kettle or fridge in the room for convenience.

just one big word: WONDERFUL! from the very first moment we came to reception desk until the last moment of paying for our stay it was wonderful service (some things which we really enjoyed - but do not see it is that other stuff wasnt so good) - welcome drink - manager came in person introduced himself and wlecomed us in hotel - at every breakfast, manager stopped by to check if everything is ok - really good quality of food at breakfast - from 7 till you need:) - also city is very lively and nice - though we didnt have time to check city ourselves - read somewhere that it is one of the major spa-thermae locations for italians - modern nice bathroom - hotel parking - was quite helpfull due to full streets and to sum it up, for that price it was such a good deal!, ..because there were some troubles with our room for first night (what i understood from manager is that room we were given was small and was different from what should have had - we didnt really mind, because we were doing day trips, so at hotel we just slept and ate breakfast - so for second night we got much bigger room) plus we got a discount of 20% and bottle of wine in addition..and there was not actually any real problem with that smaller room:)
little bit noisy hallways due to floor material - though i have to add that i am really sound-sensitive so for "normal" people i think it is not a problem at all..

Gino is the nicest receptionist we ever met - no effort is too big in order to please and help the hotel's guests. The breakfast waitress even went out to buy croissants for us! The bedroom is small but very clean and well equipped. Everything worked - A/C, WiFi, parking. Great breakfast you can eat as late as you want. Outstanding value for money. Convenient location to visit the wonderful Tuscan villages. And Gino said goodbye w/ a nice bottle of Chianti...
Urban environment, no view nice view from balcony.
